How quickly will I receive my report?
Reports are generated instantly and available for download after successful payment. As our algorithms process millions of crime data entries, reports can take some time to generate. Reports for low-crime areas will generally be available for download more quickly than for higher crime areas, especially urban centres. Most users with normal download speeds will receive their report within a few minutes.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the digital and customised nature of our reports, refunds are generally not available once a report has been generated. However, if you experience technical issues, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Why isn't my area covered?
Our service relies on data from Police.uk. Some areas, including Scotland, Northern Ireland, and parts of Greater Manchester, are not covered as their police forces do not participate in the open data scheme.
How often is the data updated?
Crime data is updated monthly by Police.uk, typically around the middle of each month for the previous month's statistics.
